Web Check-in provides passengers with the option to check-in and print boarding passes online for all Hawaiian Airlines flights, including all international departure cities and is available beginning 24 hours before scheduled departure until 60 minutes before departure.
For trips with a return flight departure time more than 24 hours after the initial flight departure time, a separate check-in is required due to government regulations. For flights with both an initial and return flight departure time within 24 hours of the check-in attempt, passengers may check-in for both in a single session, though each is handled separately.

Passengers unable to check-in online may check-in at the airport (via kiosk or customer service agent).
If you misplaced your boarding pass, you can go online again to check-in a second time and re-print a boarding pass, or you may check-in at the airport (via kiosk or agent) and receive a replacement boarding pass.
Web check-in is not available for:
In most cases, you will be able to obtain seat assignments within 24 hours before departure using web check-in, or upon check-in on the day of departure (via kiosk or agent). Looking at the seat map and selecting a seat if it's available is an option during web check-in. If you already have pre-reserved seats, you will also have the option of selecting a different seat if it's available.
If pre-reserved seats cannot be obtained in advance, please listen for your name to be called in the departure lounge.
Preferred seats, which consist of select bulkhead and exit row seats on North America and select International flights, may become available for purchase, while supplies last.
