To be accepted for travel, pregnant guests traveling on Hawaiian Airlines must be in good health and not experiencing medical complications or distress. Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to consult with its medical advisor for fitness to travel. For the safety of our guests, passengers who are unable to meet the requirements below will be refused transportation.
Travel is not permitted within seven days before and seven days after delivery date, within the State of Hawaii. A medical certificate is required if travel is requested within seven days before or after delivery.
Travel is not advised within 30 days of due date and will not be permitted unless an obstetrician provides written certification, upon examination within 48 hours of scheduled departure, that the passenger is medically fit to travel. A medical certificate is required if travel is requested within 7 days after delivery.
