Mileage Accrual - Past Travel

General Information

Retroactive credit requests may be submitted online at hawaiianair.com/hawaiianmiles/retroactive-flight-miles.

Timeframe

Retroactive miles can be requested:

• Up to 120 days after travel  

Turnaround time for Retroactive miles to be posted into the HM Account: 30 days 

 

To earn miles for future travel, please add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation online, upon check-in, or by calling Reservations.

If your HawaiianMiles number was added prior to your departure, you will see your flight miles posted in your account within 3-5 days after your travel date.  Travel must be completed in order to be eligible to earn miles.

See Fly With Us for details. To earn miles, each person on a reservation must have their own HawaiianMiles account number and the passenger name must match the name on the account.

Ineligible Flights

Award/mileage bookings, North America/International codeshare flights, and free/discounted reservations are not eligible for retroactive credit.

Partners

For flights flown on partner airlines, please contact the partner airline directly to request for miles.

For participating hotel stays or car rentals, please contact the rental car or hotel agency directly to request for miles. The HawaiianMiles account number must have been given to the hotel / car partner at the time of service. Some rates may not qualify for mileage credit. Please check with the partner directly.
