Upon purchasing a reservation, customers are alloted a seat space on the aircraft. In addition, Hawaiian Airlines offers passengers the ability to pre-reserve their seating arrangements on their flight prior to check-in.
Pre-reserved seat arrangements can be completed online, or by calling our Reservations Department. Seat arrangements can also be completed during web check-in, or at the airport kiosks. Seat arrangements may be limited by differences in aircraft seating configurations, and seats with qualifications such as emergency exit rows. Seats which commonly appear in a conistant manner on all utilized aircraft are offered for arranged.
Within 24 hours of departure, additional seats arrangements become available when the actual aircraft is assigned to a specific flight and the seat configuration is finalized.
Hawaiian Airlines will do all possible to provide passengers with their preferred seating. Upon check-in at the airport, it is also our policy to make every attempt to seat children under the age of 12 with an accompanying adult. Reservations and Web Support can request, but cannot guarantee, seats to be together.
For passengers with qualified disabilities under the Air Carrier Access Act (14 CFR Part 382) who require a bulkhead seating arrangement, please call our Reservations Department prior to 24 hours before flight departure. Bulkhead seating may also be available as Preferred Seats during the check-in period.
