IMPORTANT: Please call our HawaiianMiles Service Center, as we do not process this type of request via email.

After verifying your email address, please ensure that any email filtering software is disabled or that your software is configured to accept all emails from the domain HawaiianAir.com.

If you require assistance setting up your email filtering software to receive our emails, please contact the software manufacturer.
