Kiosks are available, for all routes except in select cities. Web check-in is available for all departure cities.
In most cases, passengers will be able to obtain seat assignments within 24 hours before departure using web check-in, or upon check-in on the day of departure (via kiosk or agent). Passengers are able to look at the seat map and select a seat, if it's available, during Kiosk check-in. If passengers already have pre-reserved seats, they will also have the option of selecting a different seat, if it's available.
If pre-reserved seats cannot be obtained in advance, one will be assigned at the gate. Please listen for your name to be called in the departure lounge.
Preferred seats, which consist of select bulkhead and exit row seats on North America and select International flights, may become available for purchase, while supplies last.
