You can reset your password online. Password requests cannot be processed through email or through our Ask a Question form due to security purposes.
A temporary password will be sent to you through email. Once recieved, use your HawaiianMiles number and the temporary password provided to log in and change your password within 24 hours.
You can also reset your password by phone by calling Hawaiian Airlines Web Support.
If you do not yet have an email address associated with your account, please call Hawaiian Airlines Web Support to add an email to your account and request your password.
