All requests for booking, ticketing, retroactive mileage requests, or changes should be made through the Partner Airline, contact information can be found below. Upgrades to first class are not allowed with partner airline mileage. All awards are subject to availability. Mileage numbers may be added to a reservation up to 24 hours after departure.
