This guide will show you how to purchase a ticket using an E-TCO (Electronic Transportation Credit Order / Transporation Voucher Exchange Coupon) Online.

Hawaiian Airlines issues Transportation Credit Orders as compensation for inconvenienced passengers and are valid for the named traveler only.

Step 1 - HawaiianAir.com/Ecertificate

Go to http://www.hawaiianairlines.com/Ecertificate and enter the E-TCO number and redemption code.

Step 2 - Complete the "Find Flights" Menu

Complete the "Find Flights" form and ensure it meets the requirements of the E-TCO.

Step 3 - Select Flight

• If your desired flight meets the E-TCO requirements, you will see a green dollar sign icon including the description of the discount on the top middle of the page.

Follow On-Screen Instructions

Confirm the Air Itinerary & Pricing reflects your discount.

From here you will fill in the passenger data and follow on screen instructions to complete the booking.

E-TCO Terms & Conditions:

• Not applicable to vacation packages or cruise vacations.
• Not applicable towards code share routes/flights that are operated by a carrier other than Hawaiian Airlines.
• TCO credit will be applied to credit card used to purchase the ticket.
• Person named on the TCO must be the traveler.
• TCOs may not be combined.
• Other restrictions apply
