eCertificates

Introduction

eCertificates are member discounts that can be online when booking a reservation. Most eCertificates are automatically applied on the Flight Search page when:

• you are signed in to your HawaiianMiles account, and
• select a flight within the Travel Period listed on the requirements of the eCertificate, under "Member Discounts"

Guide

This guide will show you how to purchase a ticket using an eCertificate online.

There are numerous ways to receive an eCertificate, such as being a member of the HawaiianMiles program, using your Hawaiian Airlines Visa Credit Card, or other specials are given out via the web.

1. Log In: Visit hawaiianair.com and click "Sign In" under HawaiianMiles in the upper right corner
2. Member Discounts: Once logged in, eCertificates associated with the account are listed under "Member Discounts"
3. Review and Book: Review the requirements of the eCertificate you wish to redeem, and click on "Book Now"
4. Find Flight: Fill in the Route, Dates, and Travelers on the "Find Flights" form, keeping in mind the eCertificate requirements
5. Select Flights: If your selection meets the requirements, you will see a green dollar sign icon ($) including the description of the discount on the top middle of the page. For other eCertificates that may overlap travel periods, click on "More Options" to apply other discounts, or to save the discount for later use. Any flight with this icon next to the price means that the flight is eligible for the discount.
6. Confirm Discount: Confirm that the price listed under the Cost Summary includes "Discount Price Applied" before pressing continue
7. Continue Booking: Press Continue and complete the remaining forms to book a flight using your discount

General Restrictions

Specific restrictions can be found on the "Terms & Conditions" link either under "Member Discounts" or on the Select Flights page under the selected eCertificate.

• Applicable to Hawaiian Airlines web fares only
• Cannot be applied to tickets already purchased
• Must meet all restrictions to be applied (route, booking period, travel period, number of passengers, etc)
• Not valid for multi-city bookings
• Not valid for held reservations
• Not valid for mileage bookings or dollar-mile bookings
• Not valid for vacation packages
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or tour packages
• Non-transferrable, no cash value
• Other restrictions may apply
