Update Account

You can change your HawaiianMiles account information online or by calling the HawaiianMiles Service Center. Online, you can update your: email address, mailing address, gender, birthdate, phone number, and other personal preferences.

If you are unable to access your account online, please reset your password online or call Web Support for assistance.

Name Change

For legal name changes on your HawaiianMiles account, please send (via online form or fax):

1. Legal document that reflects your new legal name (such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, driver's license, or passport), and
2. Signed written request to change your name with your HawaiianMiles account number
