Change / Cancel Reservation

Reservations purchased for coach class are generally non-refundable.

However, rather than forfeit the cost of the entire ticket, before departure passengers may:

• change the reservation online or by phone to another date, or
• cancel the reservation by phone, and use the tickets within one year of purchase (if fully unused) or within one year of initial use (if partially used) towards another reservation

Name changes are not allowed, and changes / rebooking are subject to change fee, plus fare difference.

After cancellation, once you are ready to book your flight, please contact us by phone to apply your existing tickets to a new reservation.
