The Consumer Affairs Office will respond to your inquires no later than 30 business days from receipt. Cases are handled in the order received.
The Customer Advocate line is provided for customers who do not have access to the website, fax, mail, or who would like to verbally file an issue. Customer Advocate records the incident in writing and forwards them to the Consumer Affairs Office; they do not resolve issues on the phone and can not make any determinations.
