HawaiianMiles Service Center provides:

• answering general inquires about the HawaiianMiles program
• account information updates and name changes
• password resets for customers unable to reset their password online
• crediting miles for past flights
• verifying mileage activity
• make award reservations for hotels, cars, and other award options

Note: Miles for a flight may take up to 5 days after travel to appear on your account.
