Qualifications

Pualani Platinum

Fly 40,000 miles / 60 segments in a calendar year

Pualani Gold

Fly 20,000 miles / 30 segments in a calendar year

Premier Club

Purchase for 40,000 miles / $299

Membership is based on flight segments and flight miles for the previous calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31). Members that qualify will receive full benefits for the next year. Flight segments and flight mileage are earned based on flights scheduled and operated by Hawaiian Airlines. Segments and miles earned on charter flights, partner airlines, HawaiianMiles partners, bonus miles, or miles earned through the HA Visa Card do not count towards Premier Status. Exception: All credits posted for WP (Island Air) codeshare flights will be applied towards members eligibility for their status.

 *Effective Januay 1, 2013, the Premier Club fee will consist of two different rates.
Existing members who renew before their membership expires will continue to pay $249 or 35,000 HawaiianMiles1. 
New members and those reactivating their membership after it expires will be $299 or 40,000 HawaiianMiles2.

Notes

Guests Allowed - Lounge / Priority Boarding

Member is allowed two (2) guests, and they must be traveling on the same flight. Member must present elite membership card to TSA. First class check-in line is available in Hawaii airports (HNL/ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH). Express security line is available at select airport locations. . Premier Club Lounges are available in Honolulu, Hilo, Kona, Kahului, Lihue, and Los Angeles (HNL/ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH/LAX).

Preferred Seat Availability

Based on availability and in priority of status (Platinum, then Gold) on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred Seats on a 767 aircraft are designated as the Exit row and on the A330 the Exit and Bulkhead rows. Members must advise the check-in counter agent or the Customer Service agent at the podium in the departure gate area to be listed for Preferred Seat assignment. If you are selected, you must report to the podium when your name is called or forfeit you preferred seat assignment.

Premier Club

Premier club can be Purchased Online or by calling the HawaiianMiles Service Center. (Benefits and Information, Terms and Conditions)

Replacement Membership Card

Members may request a replacement membership card for a $10 USD replacement fee. Purchase may be done at by calling the HawaiianMiles Service Center at 1-877-426-4537.  Please provide your HawaiianMiles account number.

Terms & Conditions

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards may be replaced for a fee. Members requiring a name change may purchase a replacement card and/or tag for a fee and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the HawaiianMiles program. Hawaiian Airlines is not responsible for any correspondence lost or damaged in the mail.

Luggage Tags

Each member will receive a membership card and two free personalized luggage tags. Premier Club members may purchase additional luggage tags at $6.50 each.

Purchase may be done by calling the HawaiianMiles Service Center at 1-877-426-4537.  Please provide your HawaiianMiles account number.

Status Activation / Expiration

Membership activation takes place within approximately 48 hours after the miles are posted to the account.

Membership expires 1 calendar year from time of activation, enrollment, or renewal.
