HawaiianMiles - Miles Maximizer

Where to Find

After purchasing a flight reservation online, the confirmation page displays an option to double or triple your miles. The Double or Triple your miles options are also available on the email confirmation, or by visiting "Manage > View Reservation".

All passengers on reservation must be a HawaiianMiles member, or must enroll to become one in the HawaiianMiles program to be eligible.

Upon purchase, the miles are posted instantly to the account and an email confirmation is sent. The miles purchased via Miles Maximizer is also noted on the reservation.

Ineligible

The Miles Maximizer option is not eligible and will NOT be displayed for:

• Codeshare reservations
• Held reservations
• Corporate/travel agents and affiliates
• Multi-segments if any one of the segment is not operated by Hawaiian Airlines
• E-Award reservations
• Dollar-Mile combination reservations

Refund

Please escalate Miles Maximizer refund requests to the HMSC Specialist for review.   

Notes

Note: Miles purchased through the MilesMaximizer program are not counted as flight miles, and do not count towards Elite HawaiianMiles status.
