Upgrading a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket

1. Upgrading a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket
   1. Customers can upgrade while traveling on a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket. The resulting reservations will still have all Hawaiian Coach Plus benefits for each passenger. This applies whether the upgrade is a paid upgrade or a mileage upgrade. To purchase a confirmed upgrade, click the ‘Change Reservations’ link in the top navigation of every page, or log in to view your reservations in My Trips.
   2. To purchase a day of departure upgrade at the time of check-in, you can use Web Check-in, 
      a kiosk, or check in with an agent at the airport and request an upgrade.
   3. To purchase an upgrade using HawaiianMiles, you must call our Reservations Department or request the upgrade at the airport.
2. Upgrading Trip and Crediting of Bonus HawaiianMiles
   • Bonus HawaiianMiles are still credited to all HM accounts in the reservation if customer upgrades during the interisland Hawaiian Coach Plus trip.
3. Upgrading Trip and Crediting of 25% Off Future Interisland Trip ECertificate
   • 25% Off Future Interisland Trip ECertificate is still credited to all HM accounts in the reservation if customer upgrades during the transpacific Hawaiian Coach Plus trip.
