Changing a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket

1. Use of new online My Trips feature ‘Change Flights’ on Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets
   1. Customers can use ‘Change Flights’ in My Trips in the top navigation of every page, or logging in to view your reservations in My Trips.  
   2. Customers can change flights, dates, or origin/destination for a Hawaiian Coach Plus itinerary online. Customers can also use the ‘Change Flights’ feature to purchase a confirmed upgrade for their Hawaiian Coach Plus trip.
   3. Other changes will need to be made by contacting our Reservations Department or at the airport.
      1. Hawaiian Coach Plus customers will need to make a change through an agent if at the time they wish to make a change, they are checked in for but have not yet flown a flight.
      2. You must make the following types of changes through Web Support:
         1. Separating passengers into 2 reservations
         2. Adding a stopover to your trip
         3. Upgrading using HawaiianMiles
2. Calling Web Support/Reservations Department to Change a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket
   • If you prefer not to change your ticket online, you can also change your reservation by calling our Reservations Department.
3. No Change Fee with the Change Fee Waiver
   • Customers who have purchased a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket do not have to pay a change fee if their plans change. However, if the available fares on the  flights cost more than their old flights, they must pay the difference in fare for each passenger in the reservation.  Customers can now change their flights online in My Trips.
4. Travel Date Changes with a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket
   • Customers who have purchased a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket do not have to pay a change fee if they wish to change travel dates. However, if the available fares on the flights on the new travel dates cost more than their old flights, they must pay the difference in fare for each passenger in the reservation.  Customers can now change their flights online in My Trips.
5. Travel Date or Flight Changes with a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket
   • Customers who have purchased a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket do not have to pay a change fee if they wish to change travel dates or flights. However, if the available fares on the flights cost more than their old flights, they must pay the difference in fare for each passenger in the reservation.  Customers can now change their flights online in My Trips.
6. Travel Destination Changes with a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket
   • Customers who have purchased a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket do not have to pay a change fee if they wish to change their destination to another Hawaiian Coach Plus destination, provided that both the old and new trips are transpacific, or both the old and new trips are interisland. If the available fares on the flights to the new destination cost more than their old flights, they must pay the difference in fare for each passenger in the reservation.  Customers can now change their flights online in My Trips.
7. Separating or Splitting Passengers in a Hawaiian Coach Plus Reservation
   • Customers can separate passengers in a Hawaiian Coach Plus Reservation into another Hawaiian Coach Plus reservation. The resulting reservations will still have all Hawaiian Coach Plus benefits for each passenger. Customers must contact Web Support to make this type of change.
8. Adding a Stopover to a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket
   • For a fee, transpacific customers can add a stopover to their Hawaiian Coach Plus Reservation. Customers are responsible to pay any fare difference for the whole value of their itinerary if they add a stopover. This type of change must be made through Web Support or with an agent at the airport.
9. Trip Cancelation and Crediting of Bonus HawaiianMiles
   • Bonus HawaiianMiles are still credited to all HawaiianMiles accounts in the reservation if customer cancels the inter-island Hawaiian Coach Plus trip.
10. Trip Cancelation and Crediting of 25% Off Future Inter-island Trip ECertificate
    • 25% Off Future Inter-island Trip ECertificate is still credited to all HawaiianMiles accounts in the reservation if customer cancels the Trans-Pacific Hawaiian Coach Plus trip.
