General Rules, Terms for Hawaiian Coach Plus

  1. Routes where customers can buy Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets
    • Customers can buy Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets on all domestic U.S. routes that Hawaiian Airlines flies.
  2. Purchase a Roundtrip Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket
    • Customers can buy a Roundtrip Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket
  3. Purchase a One Way Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket
    • Customers can buy a One Way interisland Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket, but transpacific Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets require round-trip travel
    • Customers cannot combine a Hawaiian Coach Plus departure with a Regular Coach Return.
  4. Purchase a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket using HawaiianMiles
    • Customers cannot buy a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket with HawaiianMiles
  5. Purchase a One Way Hawaiian Coach Plus as part of a Dollar/Mile Itinerary
    • Customers cannot purchase a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket as part of a Dollar/Mile Itinerary.
  6. Using a discount Ecertificate with a Hawaiian Coach Plus purchase
    • Logged in customers can apply an eCertificate to their purchase of a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket. Select from the Ecertificate(s) displayed on the Select Flights page during booking.
    • It is important to note that if a customer later wants to change the ticket, the eCert will no longer apply (no discount on the new ticket). There will be no change fee if a change is made to a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket, but customer will be charged any applicable difference in fare.
  7. International Flights and Hawaiian Coach Plus
    • Customers cannot buy a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket on an international Hawaiian Airlines flight at this time. Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets are only for sale for domestic U.S. flights.
  8. Codeshare Routes and Hawaiian Coach Plus
    • Customers cannot buy a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket for codeshare routes.  This option is only available on itineraries flown entirely by Hawaiian Airlines.
  9. Purchase of Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets through Reservations
    • Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets can only be purchased online at HawaiianAirlines.com. Customers can make changes to their tickets through ‘Change Reservations’ online by clicking the ‘Change Reservations’ link in the top navigation of every page, or logging in to view your reservations in My Trips. 
    • If you prefer, you can also change your reservation by calling our Reservations Department. 
  10. Purchase of Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets by Corporate Accounts
    • Corporate accounts can purchase Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets through HawaiianAirlines.com for roundtrip transpacific itineraries. Hawaiian Coach Plus is not available to corporate customers for interisland itineraries. Please visit the corporate portal for more information.
  11. Purchase of Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets by Affiliate Accounts
    • Affiliate accounts can purchase Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets through HawaiianAirlines.com
  12. Purchase of Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets through Travel Agents
    • Travel agents can sell Hawaiian Coach Plus tickets through HawaiianAirlines.com
  13. How long a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket can be used
    • A Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket can be used for up to one year from the date of purchase. If a customer needs to cancel a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket, the value of the ticket can be applied to another Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket for up to a year from the original date of issue.
  14. How long a Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket can be used if only part of the trip is flown
    • A Hawaiian Coach Plus Ticket can be used for up to one year from the first travel date on the ticket. If a customer has to cancel part of a Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket, the value of the remainder of the ticket can be applied to another Hawaiian Coach Plus ticket for up to a year from the First travel date on the ticket.
  15. How long the Hawaiian Coach Plus Interisland Discount is valid
    • The Interisland discount Ecertificate a customer receives with a Transpac Hawaiian Coach Plus purchase is good for one year from the original date of the Hawaiian Coach Plus purchase.
