Lost and Found

Due to strict federal regulations, once you have disembarked the aircraft, you are considered a non-ticketed passenger and therefore are not permitted to re-board the aircraft, which is considered a secured airport operations area.

If you realize you have left something on the aircraft, simply notify a Hawaiian Airlines representative where you sat and what you left behind and the representative can retrieve the item(s) for you.  Hawaiian Airlines is not liable for any items which may be left on board the aircraft. However, if items are found, they will be turned into the Baggage Service Department located at the airport.
 

For items left in the ticket counter or gate areas, please contact the airports directly as TSA at the airports handle such items.
