  1. What is secure flight?

    As part of the 9/11 Commissions report, Congress mandated that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) take control of “watch list” matching from airlines.  Secure Flight is the system the TSA created to manage the “watch list” matching process.  For more information, please visit www.tsa.gov
  2. Why do I need to provide my personal information?

    The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all passengers provide their personal information in order to conduct the watch list matching process.
  3. Will my personal information be secure?

  4. When do I provide my personal information? 

    At the time of booking, please provide your full name, gender and date of birth as it appears on your valid government-issued ID.
  5. How do I update my HawaiianMiles account? 

    Call the  HawaiianMiles Service Center to update your full name in your account.
  6. Is personal information needed for children?

    Yes.  When required, the full name, gender and date of birth is required for all children, including infants not occupying a seat. If you need to add an infant to an online reservation booked at Hawaiian Airlines, please call
