Purchase Online

HawaiianMiles members can purchase miles online through the HawaiianMiles member portal.

You can purchase miles for your own account, or for other HawaiianMiles members. Select "Self" or "Gift" purchase and enter a 500 mile increment and make a quick purchase. The miles are posted instantly to the account, and a confirmation email is sent to the member's email.

Corporate and business accounts are not allowed to purchase miles.

Maximum Miles available for purchase online may be limited, and the mileage cap is subject to change at any time.

Purchase via Phone

HawaiianMiles members may purchase an unlimited amount of miles via phone. Miles may be purchased for any account by the credit card holder.

How can I purchase miles?
Purchase miles can be done while booking an E Award if you do not have enough miles to complete the purchase
What if I want to purchase miles outside of a reservation?
You may log into your HawaiianMiles account and click on the Purchase Miles link to purchase 500-mile increments.
Is there a way to gift miles to family and friends?
Yes, log in to your account and click on Purchase Miles and select the Gift option.
How quickly do miles post for purchasing miles by logging into my account?
The miles are posted instantly for self or gift purchases.
Are purchase miles refundable?
No, miles are non-refundable.
May I combine my purchased miles with my miles earned from my Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card account?
Yes
If I pay for miles with my Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card do I still earn my one mile per dollar on the Credit Card?
