You can upgrade your existing reservation to first class by changing your reservation online, or by calling Reservations.
Confirmed upgrades to First/Business class subject to applicable fare difference. If changing date/flight number, applicable fare difference and change fee applies.
Within 24 hours before departure, standby upgrades are available for purchase though web / kiosk check-in. Award (mileage) bookings cannot be upgraded prior to 24 hours before departure.
To request upgrading your existing reservation to first class with the redemption of HawaiianMiles, please call Reservations for assistance. All award upgrades must be ticketed 26 hours prior to flight departure. Mileage Award Upgrades within 26 hours prior to flight departure will not be processed.
